The Role

We’re looking for an AI-native Senior Product Engineer — someone who combines product taste, user empathy, strong technical judgment, and hands-on engineering ability.

This is not a traditional engineering role, and it’s not a traditional Product Manager role. It’s a combination of both, enabled by AI. You should be able to talk to users, identify high-leverage problems, design thoughtful solutions, write requirements, build prototypes, ship production features, and use AI tools to move dramatically faster.

You should be comfortable reading and writing code, especially in React and Node, but your real superpower is shipping insanely fast using AI: research, design, implementation, testing, debugging, QA, and iteration.

You’ll own major parts of the Kickoff product experience and help define how AI transforms fitness, wellness, and preventative health.
