About the Role:

We’re hiring a Provider Growth Manager to build the engine that helps Kickoff scale its coach network with quality.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role spanning growth, operations, product, and people management. You’ll own the strategy and execution behind how Kickoff attracts, vets, onboards, and ramps exceptional coaches. Your job is not just to grow supply, but to grow it in a way that preserves a very high quality bar and translates into excellent client outcomes.

You’ll work closely with Clinical, Product, and client-side teams to ensure we are building a coach network that is large enough to meet demand, selective enough to maintain excellence, and supported enough to thrive. You’ll use the latest AI tools to move faster, make better decisions, and build scalable systems.

This role is central to Kickoff’s success. You’ll shape the supply side of the marketplace, define what great looks like in coach recruiting and onboarding, and help ensure clients have access to the best experts in the world.
